When you choose one of the serviced offices at New World Business Centre, it is not just the fully furnished room that you get included in the price. Our centre has been open to its clients since 2014, but as the years go by, we constantly work with the local contractors to maintain the facilities in an immaculate condition. A fresh coat of paint, a new more comfortable, ergonomic chair, regular window and carpet cleaning- we take care of it all.

Tenant Facilities

When going to work in your office, you don’t spend the full 8 hours of your working day behind the desk. That is why we take extra care to ensure that our communal spaces are equally great. Our tenant kitchen is maintained by the Reception team. We have a microwave and a dishwasher, so you don’t loose precious time when preparing your lunch or making a cup of tea or coffee. And we make sure that there is always plenty of tea, coffee and milk to go around. We even bring complimentary cakes every Friday.

For those cycling to work, we offer sheltered bike racks and shower facilities. These can also come in handy, if you ever go out straight after work and need to freshen up. Let’s not forget to mention our stylish bathrooms- nicely decorated and, most importantly, always clean.

If the weather is kind, you can even enjoy packed lunch on the patio. After all, we all need a break from our desk sometimes. But indoor breakout rooms are also available- perfect for a private phone call or an informal chat with a colleague.

New World Business Centre boasts comfortable, clean and high quality space that is presented in contemporary style. The offices offer an excellent working environment for a variety of different companies and the communal spaces match the fresh feel. The property not only provides the basic necessities for work but has a range of additional facilities to make working here truly effective and enjoyable.

Our Reception team is available to assist Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30. But the offices are accessible 24/7, equipped with security alarm, CCTV and secure electronic gates- we provide a safe environment to our tenants.
