Ladies Who Latte is flexible networking with a less formal approach, so whether you have fifteen minutes to pop in, or you stay for two hours, we hope that you will find it a well earned break to share ideas and most importantly gain motivation from other entrepreneurial women.
There are no speakers, you don’t need to pay to attend– just buy your coffee and mingle. This event is dedicated to any woman interested in starting her own business or those already in employment or home working.
Automotive Contract Material Handling / Packaging Material Flow Engineer
New engines are being developed and manufactured in Dunton and Dagenham Essex.
Launch support is required from August 2015 with staggered launches of different engine variants through to 2017 and beyond.
We require a Contract Material Handling/Packaging Material Flow Engineer to support this first program launch. This person will communicate and liaise with both the manufacturer and component suppliers of OEM industry to develop and introduce the necessary packaging into the plant to meet various program deadline dates to support a flawless launch of the new engine.
The engineer will be required to work from two sites in Essex with an initial period starting from August 2015 until 2017, this could lead to a longer period depending on the program.
The engineer must be willing to travel to nominated special packaging/component suppliers that are based across Europe and throughout the UK if necessary.
A flexible approach to working hours is essential working 37.5 hours per week.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / QUALS:
Good working knowledge of Windows 7 based applications and Office 2010 – primarily Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, Office Picture Manager, etc.
Flexibility & willingness to lead change and implement best practice from lessons learned on previous program and be able to influence change when required in the production plant environment. Good communication skills with all FMC teams regarding all program planning activities on a daily basis.
New World Business Centre in Warmley require a Receptionist to join our team on a Part Time basis.
Hours per week (Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm), with some flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays and events when necessary. It would be beneficial if applicants lived close to our East Bristol location.
It is essential that you have first class customer service skills, be smart in appearance with a good telephone manner and ideally have gained experience within a reception environment. Duties will include answering incoming calls on behalf of companies, meet and greet visitors to the centre, help set up and clear away meeting rooms as well as ad hoc admin duties as directed by the Centre Manager.
Knowledge of SAGE would be extremely advantageous, but not essential. A uniform will be provided.
£10.00 per hour.
