Meeting And Conference Rooms FAQ
Q: How Do I Book?
A: To inquire about availability, ask questions or to make your booking, simply call us on 01173320900 or complete our contact form here. If you are not sure about the date, we can hold a provisional booking to allow the time to confirm with your meeting participants.
Q: How Much Is It?
A: Our standard meeting room rate is £40 + VAT/ hour. Full day bookings are charged £280 + VAT and include two servings of hot drinks.
Q: Are Tea And Coffee Included?
A: We include one round of teas and coffees for all meeting participants. This will be at no extra cost. If you are hiring the room for the full day- two servings are included in the price. Any additional hot drinks are charged at £2.50/ cup.
Q: Is Drinking Water Available?
A: We will have bottled mineral water- still and sparkling- available in the room (at £2.00 per bottle). However, if you prefer to have tap water, please specify at the time of booking and we will arrange it.
Q: Where Can I Have Food?
A: If your meeting includes a break for lunch, we recommend pre-ordering our lunch buffet in advance. Delicious hand made sandwiches, crisps, fruit and cake are on the menu at just £7.50 per person. Fresh food from a local caterer- Vanilla Blue– will be served by our friendly team in the room.
For those in need of a quick bite, we have a range of snacks and drinks available to purchase at Reception.

Q: How Many People Can The Room Hold?
A: Our meeting rooms can be hired for different purposes. Depending on the layout of tables and chairs in the room, we can host between 2 and 20 guests. Please, have a look at our room set-ups to find out more.
Q: Where Can I Park My Car/ Bike?
A: New World Business Centre has a private on-site parking. Considering our close proximity to the M4, and Bristol Ring Road we have a convenient location away from the busy city centre. Covered bike shed is also available for any visitors cycling in.
Q: What Equipment Is Available To Use?
A: Our conference room is equipped with 80-inch touch screen- with either HDMI or wireless connection. You can easily connect your laptop to display your presentation on the large screen. Flip-charts are available to use, too. They can be useful for a training session. Connect to our high speed free Wi-Fi. If you have any specific needs, please speak to our team when making your booking.

A: At New World Business Centre our visitors get access not only to professional meeting rooms, but also a break out area or outdoor patio.
