How We Set It Up

Boardroom (typically up to 12 people) this set-up is used for meetings where all participants can see each other, so open discussions are easier that way. Some of the partakers will be sitting with their backs to the screen.

U-shape layout (up to 10-12 people) is typically used for meetings where participants need to see each other as well as the screen. It would also be a good set-up for an arbitration.

Interview set-up could be used not just for job interviews, but also for appraisals or consultations. Typically 2-3 people, but can be easily set to your requirements.

Theatre layout is suitable for up to 20 participants. It is most commonly used for lectures and presentations, where participants are not likely to require notepads and therefore tables are not needed.

Classroom is the perfect set-up for a training session, typically with up to 12-14 participants. Tables and chairs are all facing the screen to allow everyone to watch a presentation.
