We are not a team because we work together, we are a team because we respect, trust and care for each other. At NWBC we strongly believe that the key to creating an impeccable work environment for all our clients is the outstanding customer service of our team. We are all passionate about delivering the best service possible and are always ready to go the extra mile to meet your needs.
The Centre Manager- Magda Koperska is in charge of the full 360-cycle of the business. Karen Stride-the Receptionist- assists with the day to day operations. Together they look after all tenants, visitors and virtual clients.
The Managing Director- Jeff Cox- put the business together and embarked on his mission to deliver the best Serviced Offices in the Bristol area. Jeff is very hands-on and enthusiastic about the business. “I have seen it grow and evolve so much during my time here to date. It’s exciting to think of what is to come. I love the community feel that we have here at the centre.”
Magda Koperska joined the NWBC team in August 2021, following the departure of her predecessor Emma Platts, who managed the centre for 4 years. Originally from Poland, Magda has lived in Bath for 15 years and worked in hospitality all this time. Her previous job was managing operations of a laundry in Bath- what a change of environment!
Magda has a masters degree from Poznan University of Economics in Poland. But her true passion is travelling and dancing.
She says: “I feel like I’m part of the family, from the moment I started. The New World Business Centre Team has created a fantastic facility with great atmosphere and I am delighted to be part of it and will thrive to make it even better.”
Karen Stride joined us in September 2019. Karen previously worked as a Receptionist at the MOD along with other large corporate entities, not forgetting her own business with Mr Stride.
As well as handling Reception, always with a smile, Karen also helps drive the centre’s social media profiles. As a very experienced Receptionist, Karen has outstanding customer service skills.
She says: “I was delighted to join the New World Business Centre team in September 2019. I like the contrast of a smaller business with the opportunity to play an integral part of the team. Our tenants are a pleasure to work alongside and it really does feel like one big family”.
