NWBC, with the cooperation of our tenant Ryobe 3D Printing Services Ltd, have proudly been involved in the huge national voluntary movement: SLACK COVID-19_Volunteers_UK with the sole aim of bridging the shortfall in supply of PPE to our amazing NHS, which has been so desperately needed during these difficult and unprecedented times.
Ryobe’s 3D printers were running constantly for a period of 6 weeks and they managed to produce a staggering 240 headshield frames which were assembled at local hubs and then distributed to Hospitals across South West of England.
