Who We Are
New World Business Centre is a private, family-owned company which offers highest standard serviced offices to rent, meeting and conference rooms as well as virtual office services.
We started our journey in 2013, when the Managing Director Jeff Cox decided to invest in an old, neglected building in Warmley, just outside Bristol. Previously a dairy factory, New World Business Centre is now home to several local businesses.

Our Vision
New World Business Centre offers modern facilities renovated to the highest standard. We decided to bring little bits of other cities around the world into our Bristol based centre and each of the offices is named to celebrate a different city. We have Sydney, London, New York, Dubai, Singapore, Johannesburg, Lisbon to name a few. Our offices come fully furnished, most with a wall size photo to help ‘transport’ you to another place while you work. Find out more about our available offices.
Other Services
In addition to renting serviced offices, we offer you access to top shelf meeting rooms with high-speed internet connection, an 80-inch touch screen and complimentary teas and coffees. These can be hired by the hour or half and full day (special discounts apply for internal clients). And they are not just suitable for meetings- with the help of our team, you can easily arrange a presentation, a training session, an interview or even a patient- doctor appointment. Service With A Smile
Modern facilities, free car park and a well looked after building allow us to create an impeccable environment for your business to thrive in. But the most important element is the excellent customer service of our team. Our uniformed Centre Manager and Receptionists will not only greet you and your visitors with a smile each morning. We will bring your post and parcels to your desk, answer incoming calls using your company’s name, assist with any technical queries and much more. Every Friday our team will put together some sweet treats in the tenants’ kitchen for everyone to enjoy. All of this contributes to creating a friendly atmosphere which allows you and your colleagues to feel at home and be most productive at the same time.
